Thank you for visiting JAYEON

We sincerely welcome you to our nature’s website.

We sincerely thank you for your continued support and affection for JAYEON. We wish all our customers and business partners endless prosperity and well-being.

Since its establishment in 2000 in the Second Industrial Complex of Iksan, Jeollabuk-do, specializing in natural dyeing, JAYEON has continuously grown by acquiring and integrating the manufacturing facilities and all employees of Dongseong ST, a company specializing in yarn dyeing and sewing. We are committed to the development of the local economy and ongoing research and development.

Currently, we operate primarily in the fields of various polyester and nylon dyed yarns, sewing threads, and natural dyeing. We supply dyed yarns and sewing threads to major companies, including Songwol Co., Ltd., the largest towel manufacturer in Korea, Ansell, the world’s largest nylon-coated glove manufacturer, BYC Co., Ltd., Taechang Co., Ltd., and Arena swimwear.

Additionally, in response to the steadily increasing preference for wellness products since the 2000s, JAYEON has been developing natural dyeing since its establishment and has been producing various innerwear and accessories through both custom and in-house production. We began our research and development over 20 years ago, transitioning from traditional hand-dyeing methods to a mechanized mass production approach, completely eliminating mordants and chemical dyes. We have also expanded our color palette beyond simple dye materials like loess to include color loess, charcoal, volcanic ash, gardenia, and indigo.

Furthermore, through continuous research and development, we established our own R&D technology center in 2013, actively participating in various national research projects, including research assignments for small and medium enterprises, regional research institutions, and joint technology development with industry and academia. In 2015, based on our main natural dye material, volcanic ash, we developed a yarn that directly incorporates volcanic ash during the polyester spinning process, leading the way in the development of new growth engines.

In addition, JAYEON has been consistently participating in international textile exhibitions since 2005, making efforts in market research and buyer discovery for future exports. We believe that achieving success in the export market, following our domestic market accomplishments, will significantly contribute to regional economic development and job creation.

Dear Customers,
At JAYEON, we are committed to offering truly eco-friendly products throughout their entire lifecycle—from production to use and disposal—focusing on our flagship natural dye products. In a flood of synthetic fibers, JAYEON aims to be a genuine eco-friendly choice for our customers. All of our staff respect humanity and prioritize the environment, considering consumers as our best buyers and striving to deliver the highest quality products. We sincerely hope for your continued interest in JAYEON’s growth.

Thank you.
